Had to replace my AC and Heating unit. Keith Key Heating and Air was very helpful in finding the right unit money wise for me. The young men they sent was courteous and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was up to my standards before they left. If you have trouble I would highly recommend them to you.

These guys are so good!! They always work to fix it at the most reasonable cost yet sharing all the steps they are taking. They have always been extremely responsive in times of emergencies. I highly recommend them. Casey was awesome Tech.

Amazing customer service! I called for service due to an AC issue and an agent was at my house within an hour. I anticipated needing a new unit and they confirmed that would be best. My unit was installed within a couple of days, which was an amazing turnaround time for me… because who wants to be in the heat, lol. The team came out and work tirelessly almost all day changing everything out for me. They had extra guys coming by checking the progress and bringing necessities as needed. Absolutely great response and teamwork by all and a great unit replacement!

Keith Key replaced my HVAC and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were very responsive, had a tech out within a few hours, and my new system was installed the next day. At one point the owner himself called to be sure everything was going as desired. In today’s world that sort of customer service just isn’t found anymore. You can’t go wrong with a great locally owned company!

Keith Key regularly services both our personal home and one of our rental properties! They are good about communicating to us about the condition of the units at the rental property which is such a relief! We have had to call them for 2 emergencies and both times the techs appeared happy to be there helping us despite being on the weekend! 10/10 recommend.

Had an amazing experience with Stratton and Ryan for duct cleaning! They were right on time, careful with my furniture and other household items that need to be moved to access the ducts, and did an amazing job putting everything back and cleaning up! They were also nice enough to bring in some food that was delivered to my house and work around my dogs! They were awesome and I cant say enough good things about them! I would recommend them to my friends and family any day!
