Quick, fast and in a hurry were the characteristics that describe Proper Climate, Inc. They were very professional and served as teachers while conducting their business. Clearly, I would recommend this company. As a retired veteran, I’ve seen my share of AC maintenance folks and I’d match them against any of them as being the best!!!

Josh was excellent! Our AC went out right at bedtime, and our home warranty company assigned our claim to Proper Climate. I called the 24/7 line and spoke with Josh and explained the situation and how I was stressed because we have a baby and the house was getting too warm for him! Josh offered to come take a look right then. Within an hour of arriving, the issue was diagnosed AND fixed. Proper Climate (especially Josh!) saved bedtime, and my sanity. I can’t thank them enough!!!

They were professional, knowledgeable, and were able to squeeze us into their schedule the same day our A/C went out! I will definitely use them in the future!
