Great service, excellent quality and professionalism. Unit went out on a Friday night during a recent heat wave. Called at 10 pm and got a courteous, understanding and responsive service center rep. Damage of unit was extensive and Air Comfort escalated quickly to get us back on line. We also use Air Comfort for preventive maintenance twice a year and could not be more pleased with their service. They are honest and fair with their pricing. John and Linda Farmer

As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of going above and beyond for customers. These guys did just that. From the initial call speaking with the administrative professional to having our heat pump system replaced by the install crew…everyone was friendly and professional. The quote was very reasonable and they ended performing more work than we initially agreed upon and didn’t raise the cost. Sam, Robert, Sergio, and Gabe were outstanding among every other representative I had the pleasure of working with. The work area was left spotless after completion. I highly recommend Air Comfort. Do yourself a favor and call these guys before making a decision! 10/10

Beth and the crew from Air Comfort have been great to work with. We had a couple of companies come out to evaluate the a/c system at our church. Air Comfort gave honest feedback and were priced well below the other companies. They were punctual and professional. Since then a friend has had them service their heating system and she also had a great experience! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

nobody ever wants to have to repair the air conditioner 😩, it’s costly, and you never know if you’re being taken for a ride or if your hard earned money is being well spent, but Beth & the team were wonderful in helping to pinpoint exactly what was wrong and exactly what we needed to do since we didn’t want to replace it knowing we’re moving in another year. They were quick to respond (even in the middle of a hot Georgia summer) and they got our AC back up and running at the least amount of cost to our budget! I highly recommend them!

No one wants to have HVAC issues, but when you do, its good to know you have a company you can trust!
