Bear's Air

So thankful for Bears Air. Our A/C stopped working in the night. Bears Air was there first thing in the morning for us. Took the A/C apart and found the problem. They were back that evening with the new equipment and had us up and running before bedtime. Excellent service, highly recommend!

We used to use another HVAC company but now we will only use Bear! He came to our house today on short notice to fix our AC as the 90s temps were approaching this week. I texted him at 8am and he was here shortly before 11am same day! He was so kind, professional, and honest, which is really important to me with an HVAC company. He also got the AC working quickly in about 30 minutes! Very blessed to know him and grateful for his work and coming to help. I highly recommend!

Bear recently replaced one of our A/C units that was on its way out... his pricing was very fair, and he and Amanda were so professional and thorough on the job. They kept the house very clean while they worked, taking care to put cardboard down on the floor, etc. It's clear that he really knows what he's doing, and doesn't cut corners. Bear also totally saved us recently on a Saturday when our other A/C unit stopped working and we had paying guests at the house! He came out within an hour of my call to him, and made the repair on the spot. Highly, highly recommend Bear's Air, and will use them for all of our future HVAC needs!

Bear’s air, family owned and operated. Excellent customer service, friendly, and timely. Quality service at a great price. He even came out the day after installation to meet the inspector ensuring he could take care of any issues if there were any (there weren’t) on spot. If they were six stars, I’d give him that.

I am giving this review 5 stars because I simply have no complaints! After recently moving to the neighborhood my air conditioning stopped working. I didn’t know what to do or who to call, I found Bear’s air online. I made the appointment online while at work (roughly around 3 am since I work overnights) and Bear showed up on time that very next morning, diagnosed the problem, & fixed it within a half hour! He was very friendly, personable, & trustworthy. I will be recommending Bears Air to all my friends/family from now on and will be using only Bears Air for all of my HVAC maintenance and needs.

I give a 5 star- hands down review for his friendliness, attention to detail, and even showing up when we called last minute! He’s professional and kind, we will use Bears Air for any current and future needs! We love Bears Air!
