I have been using Environmental Comfort Systems for over 16 years. They service my AC, heater & gas logs twice each year. ECS has always been reliable, responsive and & professional. Office staff is courteous and helpful with scheduling and questions. Owner is trustworthy, easy to talk to, fair in pricing and takes pride in his business. Service technicians are well trained, competent, on time, professional, helpful, and proficient. This month Dewey & Rudy installed our new HVAC unit. They did a tremendous job and kept us informed through out the installation. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend ECS! They are for real!

Absolutely love the service I get from this company!! Everyone is so friendly and goes above and beyond to check everything, fix any problems and answer any questions. Owen recently conducted my HVAC maintenance and installed a new Halo light to prevent the spread of mold in my attic ductwork. He also fixed a problem with my thermostat. Dewey & Rudy came out to install a new exterior dryer vent cover and replaced a rotten wooden section with a new metal piece. They are all super nice and do a phenomenal job!! Highly recommend this company!

ECS has provided first rate A/C maintenance for us so long I cannot remember, so when the time came to replace our old Mitsubishi mini-split system there was no hesitation asking ECS to do it. Cooper gave us a great presentation showing the options and costs, and then Rudy and Dewey did the installation work. You won’t find better people. They, as always, get our highest recommendation. Pretty soon they’ll also get the opportunity to replace our aging main Trane system as well.

We called Environmental Comfort Systems as we were having problems with our air conditioning unit. The technician that came to our house was Blue Bowers. I can’t say enough good things about him. He explained everything that was going on with our unit that could possibly be what was causing the problem. He was very knowledgeable and, at the same time, very personable. My husband and I were very impressed with Blue. He’s a great representative for Environmental Comfort Systems. To make a long story short, Blue got our unit up and running. We thought the cost was really reasonable. We will, always use Environmental Comfort Systems and will recommend them to anyone looking for or needing a heating and cooling company. Environmental Comfort Systems just installed a new HVAC system in my basement. I had several companies give me quotes on putting in a new system and duct work, but few wanted to listen to how I wanted it installed in my renovation plan of the basement. The HVAC lead from Environmental Comfort Systems, Cooper, greatly impressed me with his ability to listen to what I wanted, and also with him measuring my basement and creating a detailed drawing of what my plan was. Then he did detailed calculations of the space regarding heat loads in different rooms and determined how the conditioned air would be distributed throughout the space. His installers, Dewey and Rudy, then worked their expertise to install the system. Let me say that I am a very detail oriented person, and these two guys greatly exceeded my expectations!! It was amazing to see people still take pride in their work, and Dewey and Rudy are two of these people!! They did an outstanding job with the install of the system, and left my basement cleaner than they found it! With installers like Dewey and Rudy, and engineers like Cooper, having Environmental Comfort Systems supply and installation my new HVAC system was on of the best decisions I have made!!
