This was our first time to use Valley Heating and Cooling and we are very happy with their service. Landon Graham installed a new communicating thermostat and module for our system and he did a great job. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Made an appointment last week to fit the visit into my work schedule. Tyler arrived right on time and quickly determined the fix. He was perfectly professional, explained every step, showed great courtesy for my home, and left the workspace clean.

Brandon Mathis arrived promptly to service my mini-split. Not only was he prompt, he came to my house late on a Friday evening. He was professional and thorough and quickly diagnosed the problem. Excellent. I appreciate the technicians honesty, their professionalism and competence. Ross did not delay and immediately took care of the repair. I'm very happy with the company's service starting with the receptionist who took my first call, and the two technicians who arrived at my home when expected. I'm very pleased with Ross and his companion. I felt comfortable with both of them. I went ahead and signed up for yearly maintenance. I also made the announcement to my family and they asked me for the business phone number. I would recommend your company to friends and neighbors.

Hunter was an amazing technician! Super professional and knowledgeable. He was upfront and was able to answer all of my questions. We are having moisture issues in the summer season, so I inquired about a whole home dehumidifier, and he took a look around and provided me with a quote. However, he told me he believed the issue could be corrected cheaper by first having my crawlspace encapsulation reinspected as he found a few problem areas that could be causing moisture infiltration. Overall I couldn’t be happier with Valley! We’ve used them for as long as I can remember, and they’ve never disappointed!

Brandon was knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue right away and got the heat working again. Not a major heating issue, but the same -day service was appreciated! More issues with our unit, Brandon was back and had follow-up options for us. Walked us through each step. Friendly and efficient service. Aj and his team were extremely hardworking, they completed a 2 day estimated installation in one, albeit long, day. Vance was very informative and kept me update to date on progress.

Working with Fabian was very relaxing and not stressful. He was able to do a quick fix so I had heat overnight before they could replace the unit the next day. Courteous, professional, patient explaining everything. I highly recommend Valley Heating & Cooling. On day 2, Lance and associates were timely, professional, courteous. They installed new system and removed the old, cleaning up any trash. Explained new system, what to expect. Couldn’t ask for a better experience
