I have nothing but positive things to say about Dynasty. Chris came over on a Saturday last winter to figure out why we lost heat. It was bad news, but he explained it clearly, showed me the problem, and then installed a brand new unit at a very fair price. Anita handles the calls and sets up appointements. She could not be more pleasant to speak to. Overall a true family business that keeps the money right here in Decatur.

This company is very professional. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They arrived on time and was able to provide me with a diagnosis right away. Highly recommended!

Selected the company based on the 5 star reviews. I was not disappointed. The price and availability was reasonable. I wanted a second opinion on whether I needed to replace the system as recommended by another company that completed a routine maintenance on my furnace. Dynasty tech, Chris was prompt and confirmed that although the furnace was old and not efficient, it still works and I do not have to replace it at this time. There is no carbon monoxide leaks that he can detect. This saved me thousands of dollars on a replacement.
