We used SLAM for complete replacement of our HVAC system, having had a good experience with their plumbing business. The service people were extremely courteous and professional. They gave us a detailed estimate during their initial visit, explaining all necessary steps, and had us scheduled within days of us approving and getting financing for the estimate. One the day of, the crew arrived on time and worked a 11.5-hour day without complain after arriving to make sure the job got done. Their work product was great quality -- they navigated some challenges very professionally and the final cost was true to their prediction. A home repair that expensive was not going to be our favorite experience, but this went about as pleasantly as could be expected. Would absolutely use them again.
