Pearson Service Co

Pearson has done a great job for us in the past. This past week I called for service on my water heater. They asked if I wanted them to get the part or would I like to...I asked them to get the part. No one showed up on the day and time scheduled. I called the office and they asked if I was getting the part. Well, I bought the part at the supply house for $16.00. Called them back to schedule installation and was spoken to by a gentleman (?) in a way I haven't been spoken to in years. He tells me the part won't solve my problem, I probably will need a new water heater, When I asked why I wasn't told this last week he got indignant and told me it would now be next week before he would send someone out and to call another plumber. So, I did. You don't talk to customers like that.

Experienced and knowledgeable. Good customer service. They showed up in a reasonable amount of time and fixed my plumbing problems. I will use them again.

Offered me computer job. I have SEVERAL years experience. However, they didn't have me do any computer work. And some how I don't fit skill set. Very deceitful.

Love every hour of work, great ppl.

This company is A+ they are very down to earth people knowledgeable technicians.
