Steven was so helpful in the replacement of our furnace. He patiently talked me through all that was wrong and all our options. Fairly priced, local and excellent customer service.

Called for $64 tune up. I wasn't home. My husband was. He has dementia. Imagine my surprise when a $64 call turned into a $1200 bill! I walked in at then end of the appointment. We got hosed. Paid $900, the tech did a lot that we didn't ask for and that wasn't needed. The policy of this company is to send a tech out and do as much as possible whether you need it or not. Bad company. Will NEVER use again. Total rip off.

We have been using Confident Comfort for a couple of years. We have had a rodent issue this winter with them chewing wires on the furnace. Confident Comfort has responded so quickly to our calls for help. They are always on time, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

This was my first experience and I am very happy. My appointment was booked quickly, Sean and John showed up on time and did a great job servicing my furnace. I felt like they weren't in a hurry to finish and leave. Instead they took the time to go over everything and then discuss it with me.

I have worked with a few HVAC companies in town over the last 3 years and recently now Confident comfort they are hands down the best. They were fast with communicating/scheduling, efficient, friendly and the tech was very knowledgeable and helpful! Definitely will be a returning customer.

Thanks so much to Sean S. and Confident Comfort! Sean showed up right on time, diagnosed our furnace's problem in five minutes, and fixed it in five more! (As a result of the furnace--an old-fashioned gas floor furnace--having been off for several months, when it started again, it burned off accumulated dust, which made the nearby smoke alarm in the living room scream like a banshee. Sean immediately went down to his truck, came back with a ladder, and fixed the smoke alarm, too!) It was a great experience, and I'll certainly call Confident Comfort again, in case of need. I would like to let you know that Jon just left and I am a happy camper! He replaced the part that was broken and a new heater. He was very kind and didn't seem to mind all of my questions. He is very professional and figures out what needs to be done. Thank you Jon!!! Also Steven came out to my house to check the heater, he let me know that their was a broken part and it could be replace, he suggested I get a new heater but not trying to sell me one. When I told him just the part he said okay I will get that ordered. He also was very kind and understanding to an older person. One more thing all the ladies that I spoke to on the phone were very helpful again very kind. Thank you all and I hope you have a Merry Christmas, I will be recommending this Company to all of my friends.

Our old furnace became unusable one morning in late October. I called several furnace installers in Flag, most stated they were either too busy or had no salespeople on site to give me a quote. Confident Comfort responded quickly! I discussed our needs with and received a quote from Steve by 1PM. Installation began the next morning at 8AM with Steve at our home to take out the old unit. Jon the installer arrived shortly after and our new furnace was up and running by 3PM! Both Jon and Steve were extremely professional and very good at their jobs. I very highly recommend Confident Comfort to all! Thank you Steve and Jon!
