By choice heating and air

I called to early and woke the owner. He still called me back and sent associated to repair. Showed at 12, air was back working by 12:30.

Wanted to have my AC serviced before the blazing heat picked up. Called By Choice Air and Kevin was very helpful on the phone and reassuring. He even possibly suggested not even needing service based off of some verbal diagnostic items. Regardless, for peace of mind, I had them come out. Cory was super nice, very informative and performed a thorough inspection of the unit. Price was very reasonable and service was great! Highly recommend!

Our AC went out during the first 114’ day here in Mohave Valley. Called Kevin and ask for help. He responded to our home asap from another job. Repaired our system and made sure it was up to his personal standards. Thank goodness for Kevin. Thank you for the fantastic service. Also this was on a Sunday during the 4th of July weekend.

I called Kevin on Saturday, he came out about an hour later, diagnosing the problem in minutes. He tried to get my part that day, but had to ordered. Long story short he fixed problem at a fair price, the best thing overall he actually returns phone calls.

Best AC service!! Very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Both of our AC units stopped working and we called Kevin late in the day and even though it was after business hours he still came to help us and got all our units working at a very reasonable price. Can’t say enough good things about our experience working with this business, highly recommend them!!

Kevin and Cory are awesome. They went above and beyond. The total job is perfect to me. Under our home warranty, they got our 32 year old air conditioning system working perfectly. When we decided to replace the old system, I chose to use them again. Their proposal was excellent. The complete job is so professional looking and is 100% improvement to what was there before.
