Yesterday I put in an emergency call to Hurricane Air. Our unit was not operating. Their customer service rep, Charla, was most understanding and helpful. She assured me the technician would arrive early the next morning. Right on schedule our tech, Reese, arrived. He immediately took the information we provided him, explaining the problems we were experiencing with our unit. He explained in detail the steps he would take to restore the unit to full service. Reese had an excellent manner, and acted as a problem solver. He not only did a full repair on the unit, but also provided us steps we could take to help the unit operate efficiently. I want to thank Hurricane Air for their prompt service to us, and especially to Reese for tending to our concerns, his professionalism and his conscientious and thorough work. Hurricane is fortunate to have someone like Reese, and I’m sure many others like him, to provide great customer service to their customers.
