Optimum Air

I had the pleasure of having Optimum air move a split AC unit from one room to another. To say their work was completed to my satisfaction is an understatement. Josh met with me and explained what would be done. Jimmy came in a delivered like a boss. I can honestly say they exceeded all of my expectations, from the work to the cleanup and my interactions with them. I highly recommend them for all of your AC needs!!

This company is the best. I have called them 2 times and both times came to my house the same day. Amazing service and great team. Joshua was our service provider and he explained us all in details.. took the time to give us some advice to keep the unit clean and working properly. Purchased new home. Scheduled annual maintenance and review of inspection related issues. Joshua was our technician and is great at what he does. Excellent customer service and goes above and beyond which is rare in business now. Provided several repair options and was not high pressure on options. Worked together on best solution. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Joshua’s professionalism, politeness, and his knowledge of A/C systems and duct work. He thoroughly inspected everything about our 18 year old system and set us up with a 2 stage efficient Energy saving unit. I recommend you give them a call when you’re in need of any HVAC services.

All I can say is Wow !! Vinny and his team are so kind and caring ! I have used the electrical company of his now several times and nothing but the best service and such professionalism! Today I was blessed to know they have optimum air , after only having my new ac for a little over the year and the headaches and rudeness from the owner and service tech of the other company , I decided to switch , Vinny was amazing as my first form of contact on what to expect , the next day I met Sammy , he was the technician that came out , he was very knowledgeable , and pleasant to work with , I didn’t feel like just a number and that he was working fast to get to the next job. The temperature in the home continued to go up, I spoke to Lavonne through after hours, and was able to have a service tech come out at 630am the next day! Sam was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and with it being so early. He was mindful of everyone around. After diagnosing this issue, and explained everything. We are so happy to go through the process of a new ac system with them! Thanks again Optimum Air. Looking forward to doing more business together!

Optimum Air came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Tyler, the estimator arrived soon after I called for a quote. They were right in the ballpark with three other companies but Tyler sold me on this one. Today, Sam and Andy came and installed our new unit….they were both very hard working employees and were very friendly too….my husband spent most of the time out in the garage while they were working and was impressed with them both. Overall, very good experience.👍🏼👍🏼 Our existing unit was 18 years old and after seeing the inside, I’m so glad we got the new one. Update….Wyatt came to do our six month maintenance check and he was fast, efficient, on time and very courteous…..this company has great employees and service 👍🏼👍🏼
