Bryant’s heating and cooling are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anybody! And man I can’t say enough good things about Christoper O’Neal that man knows his stuff and is very professional! He ways does an outstanding job!

I had a new heat pump and air handler installed last spring by Bryant’s Heating and Cooling Inc. The process started with an issue with my existing unit. Jessie Perez came out and found an issue with the air handler which he repaired. He then did a check on my outside unit. He discovered that the unit had no Freon. He then told me it had a leak somewhere and if the leak was in a tube leading to the compressor it could be repaired fairly inexpensively. If the crack was in the compressor they would have to install a new compressor which would be costly. He found the crack in the compressor and clearly showed me where it was. He then gave me an estimate on a new compressor and the cost of replacing all the Freon. Given that I was looking at considerable cost to repair and my unit was nearing its lifespan due to the age, I decided to get a new system. Jessie called a sales representative and Jimmy Cuzzort arrived in a very short time. Jimmy explained all the available units and was very knowledgeable about all the products. He answered all my questions without hesitation. Jimmy was very professional and a really nice guy. I chose a unit and got a veteran’s discount and Jimmy said they would credit me for the repair work that Jessie performed on the old air handler. I also asked to use my existing simple thermostat as opposed to the high tech one that came with the new unit. That was no problem and was a considerable savings. Jimmy scheduled an installation date. The crew showed up in a few days with Jimmy who actually helped with the installation. The installation was done quickly, professional and they totally cleaned up the site. Could not have been more pleased. The next day Jessie came out and checked the entire installation to ensure everything was working properly. He thoroughly checked everything and the system was working perfectly. Jessie is a great technician and really knows his business. And he has great customer service skills. He explained the Comfort Club Membership which provides maintenance checks at a reduced rate plus other benefits. I just signed up for it as Bryant provides one year maintenance coverage as a service. I did not need it but it is a nice bonus. My new unit has performed flawlessly through hot summers and cold winters. My experience with Bryant’s was one of the best I have ever experienced through each stage of the process. The products, their employees and their customer service skills are unsurpassed. It is refreshing, especially in these times, to find a company that operates so professionally and stands behind their work. I really appreciate that. Thanks Jessie, Jimmy, the installation crew and Bryant’s for a great purchase experience. If you have a need for this type service you will find no better than Bryant’s Heating and Cooling Inc.

I had to call Bryant's when my AC/Heater went out. The company that did the installation was no longer in business. The office personnel were very polite and friendly. Joseph was my technician and he was able to come out the very next day. Joseph worked tirelessly to find the problem and was careful to explain everything thoroughly. The issue requires a second trip so the repair isn't complete at the time of this review but so far, other than being pricey (isn't everything these days?!), I am very pleased with the service Bryant's has provided thus far.
