Alatec Heating & Cooling

As busy as Alatec is this summer, they were out here in just a few hours. They were professional and found the problem quickly. They gave us good advice about the maintenance of our unit.

Had problems with AC twice. They we very responsive and figured out and fixed them in no time. You will not be disappointed if you use Alatec for your cooding needs. I give them an A++ rating.

Alatech has been a great company to work with. I had my heat pump units installed 8 years ago. I have my maintenance check ups, but have never had a service call for something going wrong. I called with one issue recently and spoke with Shaun after a storm came through. He told me exactly what to do to get my unit going by checking circuit breakers . He saved me from having to spend money on service call just to have someone come and turn on breaker. They are very professional and respectful of you and your property. I feel they have a certain ethic that is missing in a lot of companies.

One of my HVAC units went out on Sunday which one of the hottest days this summer. I am a resident of Gardendale and Alatec Heating & Cooling called me back quickly even though it was on a Sunday. Andrew, Sean, Mike, and the other technicians were very helpful, friendly, professional, and cleaned up after themselves once the job was complete. My new unit is working great with a ten year warranty and I really appreciate how Sean emailed me copies of my warranty registration and original work invoice that same day the crew completed the job even though it was after 5:00 p.m. I used Alatec Heating & Cooling to service my other unit last year and this company did a great job then. I used this company this year to replace my other unit and they did a great job. I will definitely use them in the future when needed!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Our AC stopped working Sunday afternoon. I called ALATEC, a gentleman named Shaun answered immediately. He was very courteous, told me he was going to try and send a technician if available being Sunday I might have to wait until Monday. Less then an hour later I received a call from a gentleman named Gil, that he was on his way. Gil arrived a few minutes later, upon arrival Gill was very courteous and went to work on the problem immediately. A few minutes later Gil fixed the problem. Gil is very professional and knowledgeable in what he does. I strongly recommend ALATEC to anyone that has an HVAC issue. Everyone at ALATEC is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They do a great job. KUDDOS to Shaun and Gil.

Alatec had us try a DIY fix first on our HVAC that quit cooling in case that would fix our problem. When that didn’t work, they sent experienced staff out who replaced the malfunctioning part within a couple of hours. Follow up calls verified that the unit was still working correctly. We could not have asked for better response and concern for the costs. We will be calling them back when this HVAC croaks (as they all do eventually) because we know they will give great advice and service.

Quick & efficient! We needed to replace our AC unit and furnace and they were available the next day with the needed equipment. We were thankful for the quick turnaround during a week of high 90s in Alabama summer! The two service people were very professional and answered all our questions. Very pleased and will continue to use Alatec for maintenance and service.

Alatec Heating &Cooling is the only company that I use to service my systems annually.They are professional and dependable. I have used Alatec for 18 years and I do recommend their service.
