Correctly diagnosed the problem I was having with my unit behind another company then I chose to upgrade. My utility bill has been half of what it was and my house is much cleaner because of my great filter that I only have to change once a year! Techs were nice and explained everything.

Our AC stopped abruptly yesterday afternoon. While I thought it was another power surge from FPL doing work all over the place, it wasn't. Kevin came out earlier than expected, with a polite phone call ahead, and did a fantastic job getting our home cooled and comfortable. Not only did he replace a part, but he made sure everything was working well and the AC drain was cleared, etc. Glad to have the maintenance service plan with them.

Not satisfied at all 😞 you sent over a very young kid, that said he was a technician for a SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE that cut and destroyed my ductwork on my home! My unit was running great! This house is barely 9 years old and coming into a home and doing damage is unacceptable! I did not want a big huge piece of duct cut out! I told him up front that duct cleaning doesn’t work, I’m not interested! So what does he do? Cuts a huge hole with a knife in my equipment without my permission! Condensation can get in, they didn’t tape it up either and left my unit running on 61!!! I just don’t understand this!! It’s crazy! Then 6 months ago I had a maintenance and you changed out the capacitor and you said it was in perfect condition, I haven’t made one service call, now all of a sudden you bring out two technicians, a kid 23 years old to sell me a whole brand new unit! Staying my unit is junk! That could not even tell me what was the issue or main cause of his so called high readings! All he said to me was just bite the bullet and get a whole new unit! He didn’t do anything but destroy my equipment like it was trash! Is that your tactics to sell new units! When my ac is running and cooling perfectly! I haven’t asked for no service calls and all of a sudden my unit is NO good! He said I need to talk about your unit, I can’t even guarantee this service going forward it’s all bad! I said what? What’s wrong with it, it’s getting high numbers and I asked why? He can’t even determine it! Just kept stating it just needs to be replaced, even all your ductwork is bad. This is barely a nine year old home and a elite Lennox unit in a large home and you destroyed the ductwork and I’m not happy at all !! I don’t want it patched up. I want a whole entire new piece.! Update: came out and he patched it up, now it looks like hell and a repair !!! You cut my ductwork when I told him from the beginning, I was not interested in his duct cleaning and he went ahead and cut into my ductwork making it look like hell!just to prove there was dirt in the duct!! Without my permission! Anybody in the industry knows that this is a scam! You sent over a sales guy, and not a maintenance guy! He kept saying everything needed to be replaced. Even all my ducts on a 9 year old home?? This is unacceptable and I want compensation for a whole new piece! And my maintenance money refunded! They didn’t even clean the unit! I’m so upset! I can’t even sleep! I’m having a company over today to write up some estimates on the damage he caused to my equipment and on paper if there is something really wrong with my unit! Which is cooling just fine! Instead of gaining a customer for years for future maintenance and later on repairs you lost one by pushing your SALES and destroying my stuff in my home! A picture is attached of a so called estimate of what’s wrong with my unit?!?!?unreal! Duct cleaning and aerosol??? 8 year old home??? This is very unprofessional! Update: had another company come out and read me the right readings off the outside unit, my unit is in perfect condition and not putting out high amps. I demand a refund and a call, and compensation for the damage or I’ll be seeing you in court! I have all the documents I need for a good case.

My technicians were awesome, not to take anything away from the entire team. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. They are a bit pricy , but I have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. They had to replace all duct work and install vent returns throughout the home, this include corrections to bring me up to code. Thanks guys for all the corrections and repairs made.
