Steven arrived on time and was pleasant and respectful thruout the visit. He took time to explain what he was doing as the inspection progressed which I appreciated. I had a question about the temp settings and he adjusted them as I asked, no issue. He also provided an estimate for another way to correct my concern. I had problems removing the filter so he placed tape tabs to make removal easier. He got higher readings on some of the air quality and provided an estimate for an air purification system. I feel he took his time, answered my concerns and took an interest in his purpose for being there, not just "doing a job." Great experience working with Ray French. Gerald went above and beyond what was required to make things easier for me. His crew, Dean, Kenny, Tim and Parker, were professional and fun to work with and did a great job from the beginning to the end. The system looks great.

This company is scamming people. We had a service man come out to look at our unit after it was making a louder noise than usual, one of our fan blades was rusted… they wanted to charge us $1000!!! To replace a part that costs $200. My boyfriend purchased this part on Amazon and installed in in less than 20 minutes and we have heat again!!! When I originally called their main office to get a price break down of why it was so expensive… I wanted to see the part cost, shipping cost, etc.. the lady told me they “didn’t do that” they just charge a flat fee of $1000… CRAZY. Please please do your own research and don’t let companies like this take your money! Especially around the holidays!!

We really have appreciated Ray French over many years! They are professional and responsive and we can always count on their expertise. Today’s experience for our winter servicing with technician Debin was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and communicative!

Angie at Ray French made a special effort to call me about a cancelation shortly after I talked to her. This made it possible for me to get my AC fixed today after 2 days without. Tom, who came, patiently check every possible problem and quickly, discussed cost and put in the new part within minutes. Very professional! Great experience. Will definitely use them again! Roberta

We’ve used Ray French for a couple repairs and troubleshooting, and the service has been great. The front office and techs both have been professional and easy to work with, and were happy to share their knowledge and advice. The technician even gave me a quick tutorial on how they did a repair because I was curious if I could tackle it myself on a separate unit. They’re our go-to for HVAC needs.

Kenny and the crew were great We’re renters and waited a month without heat/AC as the owner shopped around, it was worth the wait. Once they got the green light they not only were ready to schedule, they provided a portable unit in the meantime. The day they brought the unit over they had it all in before noon. They were very respectful considering my fiancé has to sleep during the day, my curious dog, and a vehicle of mine being immobile and in the way. They were able to complete the job regardless. They also cleaned up any mess they had made and made certain we were up and running. I highly recommend this company and their crew.

We have used Ray French for many years and have always been happy with their excellent service. Our technician Terry was wonderful and did an amazing job with maintenance and repair on our unit. When it was finally time to replace the unit after over 12 years of use, Gerald helped us to pick the right one for the job. Kenny and the crew did a amazing and fast job installing our new unit, and we were so happy with their service. Highly recommended!!
