Filed a home warranty claim, Beach and Sons were assigned the service call, showed up, very professional. Tech diagnosed the problem with our mini split unit and submitted the claim for repairs on our behalf. Waiting for Fidelity Home Warranty to respond now. Fidelity denied the claim on basis that the mini split is not the primary heat source in home while at the same time stating that once repairs were completed they would be covered in future. Made zero sense. Because Beach and Sons had done the original diagnostic for Fidelity I went ahead and had them do the quoted repairs. Worked with my schedule and completed repairs in timely, professional fashion.

My hot water heater would not light. Eric was on time, easily figured out what was wrong and showed me a way to light it even though the pilot button is broken and gave me some options to think about. Great service.

Furnace check up showed that my furnace needed immediate replacement. Everyone was very kind and extremely professional. Within two days I had a new furnace installed. Highly recommend.

My daughter had such wonderful experiences with Beach & Sons that instead of having the company I previously used to inspect my furnace, I called Beach & Sons. They sent out Tyler. What a wonderful and thorough young man. He took pictures of way inside my furnace and tubes had cracked and disconnected which would cause carbon monoxide to enter the house since my furnace is in a hall closet. He unplugged the furnace so I couldn’t use it. This was on a Friday afternoon. They would contact me with options for a new furnace. I’m 90 years old and don’t check email often so I didn’t see the email that came in at 5:00 that afternoon. I saw it Sunday night and called my daughter. She called the office and spoke to Chris who she had worked with once on her system. He was wonderful as well and got me on the schedule for Thursday. Luckily, it wasn’t too cold out and I have a gas fireplace insert to use. Thursday morning, James and Cameron came to install my new furnace. They we sooo nice and professional and really know their stuff. Everyone we have dealt with at Beach & Sons has been wonderful. It’s apparent they love their jobs. That means it’s a good company to work for! I will be referring them to everyone, especially my new neighbor!

Outstanding service!!!! Beach and Sons and crew did an amazing job with the little space they had to install my new heater system for my house in Reno....what another company could not find 6 times when service was called out by my home warranty company, Beach and Sons Found the problem. Tyler, CJ and the installers that came to my home did a Fantastic job...To be honest they left my house so clean you never knew anyone was even there. Cozy and warm is what I walked into when entering the Home! Thank you again for all you do and Happiest of Holidays to everyone at Beach and Sons.

Had a great experience with James on my new construction build. Their price was fair. Their timing was excellent. They came on time, finished early, job was clean. Guys were all friendly and knew what they were doing. Worked hard. (Even in the cold ) the owner Monte came out to confirm our satisfaction. A+ work. Would use again. Thanks a lot James and crew.

Chris with Beach & Sons is amazing! Our furnace broke 3:15am Monday morning. The home warranty company put us in touch with a different company that refused to repair. I contacted Beach and Son Wednesday and they were able to send on today (Thursday). Chris was friendly, knowledgeable (answered all my questions), and of course fixed our furnace. Thanks again, for the help, heat, and answers. Highly recommended!!

We just got a new furnace installed yesterday by Beach and Sons and the technician was Cameron and he did a fantastic job. Everyone we dealt with at this firm has been wonderful. It was kind of a contentious situation with our home warranty company but Beach peeps made it easier for us and we’re very grateful for them, we are going to be using them going forward but we’re definitely going to fire our home warranty company lol I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. They’re honest, professional and just overall a good firm fit for us.
