Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing - Las Vegas NV

Just did an AC rejuvenation. The Tech was super helpful and thorough with the whole system. When she was done, she did a complete review of her findings with excellent feedback and photo support. I was given some small maintenance items to take care of (as to be expected with my 20yr old system). No pressure to get the maintenance items fixed and decided to get the duct cleaning service next. Overall great experience.

Daniel was amazing! Arrived early. So sweet! He got to know my dog Truly, a black lab while working! Checked the house top to bottom. I couldn’t be happier. You are very lucky to have him, outstanding person.

Caleb was great! Came earlier than my appointment which was great! He was very friendly and courteous. He went over everything with me. I would love to have him come back next time.

Robert came out to service my Waterless tank and conducted himself in a very professional manner. Very experienced in what he was doing and was able to explain in detail all the questions that were asked. My observation was that he performed accurately and thoroughly; executed with skill and efficiency. He is devoted to what he does and it shows. Customer service was outstanding. Thank you.

Jonathan came on time for appointment to install new valve to shut water off to my condo unit. He spoke to his supervisor and began work. He was able to figure out what was needed and ordered the parts from a Co worker who brought out the parts. The two worked together once the parts arrived to take down some old piping and installed the new valve. They tested for leaks and made sure things were good. They even bled out air to make sure the water flow to my hydronic heating unit would be fine. They cleaned up and were on their way out soon after. They were efficient and friendly. Great service.

Excellent service,immediate diagnosis and it turned out to be my next door neighbors shower leaking into my home(adjoining townhouse) they also immediately gave him an estimate and will be fixing his issue. Now that's amazing customer service and so greatful to both.

So, I had some plumbing service issues a few months back. Goettl was the company I went with for my issues. My original problem was 2 of my bathrooms were backing up into each other. They came out and told me my issue was the main line clean out. After considering the cost, I decided to fix it the clean out. It took them over 2 months to complete the replacement of my clean out in front of my yard and in the end that didn't fix my problem. My bathroom shower and tub still can not be used without backing up into each other. Also, the last day they were here replacing the concrete the guy hit my fence and broke it to where it doesn't close completely anymore. He spent over an hour trying to fix it. It is still lop sided and bent up. He Never apologized for it either. I called and explained what happened about my gate to their office and no one ever reached out to me regarding the issue.

I had my HVAC unit replaced due to the age. Overall I am not impressed with their quality and installation! The outside disconnect was not installed correctly and wasn't properly insulated around the disconnect. The attic has flying splices on a reworked switch and one of the junction boxes has the hot wire taped together with no wire nut. The knockout on the furnace has wires going through it with out any plastic bushings to prevent an electrical short! The salesman did a disservice when selling the unit. He did not cover the NV ENERGY insensitives provided for upgrading my HVAC unit. I would have chosen the better unit knowing I would have qualified for NV ENERGY rebates.
