Friendly and prompt service. Tech's were out to diagnose and repair the problem on the same day that I called. Professional and patient on the initial phone call. Having some experience with pool and spa heaters, I had some background to try to diagnose myself but hit a dead end and thought it probably was a faulty circuit board. It turned out to be a somewhat hidden problem that was kinda difficult to find. They showed me how to rectify the problem if it happens again, gave us some good maintenance advise and did not try to nickle and dime for things that were not needed. Honest service personnel. I will use them again first time if we need more services.

Carson Valley Heating just “saved my life.” I foolishly thought I could trim a piece of sheet metal my husband had already cut & “distressed” for my art project. I ruined it! I tried calling Lowe’s & Home Depot to see if they could cut sheet metal? Nope; only glass & wood. Then a friend suggested I “go see the guys at CV Heating.” I called them and explained my “May Day” situation. Instead of going to lunch, he told me to bring my project over. He expertly cut off my horrible snipping, and made my husband’s metal work look great again! I felt like I had just met Santa Claus! I told him- now I understand why your building is covered in “Business of the Year” awards:) Thank You, CV Heating! That was way above and beyond your job description. They were great! Timely service, friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend them!

We called on Friday morning when we discovered our furnace was not working. Shon was here within three hours. He correctly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately we needed a part that we couldn't get until Monday. Shon called us Monday morning said the part was in and he would be here in 3 hours which he was and we have heat again! We were very impressed with the professionalism and punctuality. Shon was marvelous to work with. We highly recommend Carson Valley Heating.

On time, hardworkers, excellent job done. Highly recommend for any heating or ac job. Loved being able to stay local, too.
