R&R Cooling Solutions

We had our ten year old HVAC replaced by R & R Cooling Solutions and it just passed inspection 4/21/24. I have to say Yandry and his team did an awesome job, stayed late to finish the job and the system they installed is a huge improvement over what we had. We really like the Wi-Fi smart thermostat. We highly recommend them!

I had a new central A/C unit installed 2 days ago, inspector came today and passed the inspection….👍👍👍 Really happy with this company, Yandry and his team are very professional, always on time, good price and what else can I say. I would ve given them 6 stars if I could. There is a reason they have such a good rating. Is not only that they are professional, but talking to them I realized they are GOOD people, with good hearts, hard working people!!! I m really glad I chose them at the end, knowing my money went to a family business! I will refer them to all of my friends, you can trust them 100%. They answered every question I had and they were always on time, communication was great! In a transaction like this, TRUST is key, and they delivered!!! Well done!!! 👍👍👍

This company is fantastic. They do exactly what they say and charge exactly the price agreed to with their estimates. They follow up with calls to ensure that the customer knows when parts are arriving and when they can return to complete the repairs. No secrets. Look no further and hire this contractor. If you are looking for a professional company that is responsive, on time and provides quality work at a reasonable price then look no further. All of the 5-star reviews are definitely accurate as I found when I called them to look at one of my HVAC units that was not providing adequate cooling and the compressor was running almost constantly. They were able to come to my house the morning after I called them and quickly identified the problem. The repair required a new expansion valve which needed to be obtained from the manufacturer, so it took an extra day to get the part, but the unit was functioning normally as soon as the part was obtained. They also identified that the company that had installed this unit 3 years previously had done a sloppy job of connecting the new unit to the existing duct work. There were spaces in the connection that were allowing attic air to leak into the system affecting the efficiency and causing moisture to build up on the insulation within the ducts. They returned later to replace the original plenums and the effected flexible ductwork. When I inspected the repair after completion, I was impressed with the thoroughness of the repair. I actually felt that they had gone beyond the work stated in the estimate without adding additional charges. I am very pleased that I decided to hire R and R Cooling Solutions for my HVAC repair.

The R&R Cooling Solutions team is so easy work with. I've had issues with my A/C three times in the last 7 months. When I needed them to check my A/C, they are so reliable and responsive that they came on the same day I called. They're very professional, knowledgeable and their work is top-notch. I highly recommend them.

Wow. Hands down the best HVAC services in the area. A capacitor went bad on one of my outdoor units causing only warm air in my house. Bayonett said it would take them 2 days to even come and look. I called R&R and Alfredo showed up, did some troubleshooting, and repaired the issue in like 20 minutes. I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness. I'll only be working with him and R&R in the future.

Alfredo and the guys at R&R have been very good every time that they've been out. When I had a leak in the coils of my AC, they didn't immediately try to sell me on a new unit. They told me, honestly, that it wouldn't be too long before I would have to replace it, but they didn't give me a hard sell. They helped me make my old unit last for a little more than a year, until the leak was so bad that there was no other choice. I then got three estimates, and their price was the best. They installed my new unit on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. They did a great job, at a fair price. It's nice to find an AC shop that you can trust.

Excellent & Fast service! Yandry and Alfredo are both very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Called about an issue with my A/C in the evening and they were here within an hour to help us! We are grateful to have found such a wonderful company! Thank you again R&R Cooling Solutions!
