Jp at Pineapple Air has been our go-to for the past five years for hvac maintenance and repairs. Response times are very quick and provide exceptional work. Recently I had them install a new mini split A/C unit in my home office. They were in and out in one day.

JP at Pineapple is the best! Not only is he the owner, but he himself makes service calls and does field work which just speaks to his dedication. We called them when our AC started blowing hot in the middle of July and they came out and took a look the same day,and had us up and running again within 24 hours. They were quick to respond, very informative and kept us updated as the work was completed. Highly recommend them for anyone needing AC work done; fair prices and great people!

These guys are amazing! Quick service! Very professional and friendly. The owner JP came back to make sure everything was in tiptop shape after our HVAC install. I recommend him and his team to all looking to get quality service.

THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE!! selling some of the worst equipment at high prices then performing half a$$Ed repairs further damaging the equipment. A repair that should have been fully covered under warranty for a system less that 2 years old, was done without following proper repair procedure, left old filter drier in the unit, orifices and valves are trashed from copper oxide contaminating the system (did not braze with nitrogen). Now it needs a new compressor as well as a full system flush from their negligence.

Best A/C guys in AZ! My units and thermostats were a mess and John got it fixed and working. taught me a thing or two about what he fixed too. His company has my business forever!

The folks at Pineapple Air really wowed me with their service. The repair that I needed had a lot of roadblocks and they worked through them with me diligently. They were concerned about saving me money which was another reason for me to feel good about doing business with them. I would highly recommend these folks and will continue doing business with them in the future!

I don't write many company reviews, but I've used Pineapple Air twice now on two different homes, and I honestly can't say enough good things about them. Both times they were extremely responsive, able to come within just a few hours after I first contacted them, and completed the repair work the same day and replacement work within 2 days, which are all wonderful. However, what truly sets them apart is their people. It's so refreshing to know that companies with their level of integrity, work ethic, and customer service still exist! The owner J.P. and Chino and Christian who performed our most recent repairs are all some of the genuinely nicest and friendliest people that I've ever worked with. They all went out of their way to answer questions, give advice, explain what they were doing, and check in throughout the time they were here. On J.P.'s initial visit, after we decided that it made more sense to replace vs. repair our 10 year old system, he still made temporary repairs to our AC to carry us through until the full replacement could be completed two days later. Then, on the day of the install, Chino and Christian worked about 10 hours straight through to replace our entire AC/furnace system including reworking some of the system location/ductwork in our attic within one day. It was 113⁰ outside and 99⁰ in our house that day by the time they finished, so I can't even imagine how miserable it was in the attic, but they didn't stop until they knew it was done right. I consider myself blessed to have found such a great company. Although I hope not to need them again soon, they will absolutely be my first choice if I ever do need any future HVAC work done, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. My only regret is that I can't give them more than 5 stars, because this is one company that truly does deserve it.

Pineapple air took GREAT care of us!!! We were in the market for a new AC, as ours was 16 years old, and spoke with several different companies in regards to our particular situation. Pineapple was responsive, took the time to look through our whole attic and see where the problems were. They gave us solid recommendations on other items we can fix, and installed an awesome new AC unit that works infinitely better than the old one. Price was great, and work was completed in a timely matter! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chino, Gunnar, and Christian were awesome, truly pro installers! They even vacuumed and cleaned up for us!! And JP is a truly dedicated owner. He really cares about his clients and the product he puts out. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the brand new AC!
