When we knew we needed to replace our AC unit and have help with airflow in our older home, I got quotes from several local companies, but ultimately chose Southern Heating because of the wonderful communication (shoutout to Becky!), fair pricing, and prompt service! Their recommendations felt honest, like they were putting themselves in my shoes rather than just selling to make profit. The installers were so thorough and neat, and patiently answered any questions I had. I also have young children, and they considered my schedule and naptime when organizing the work they had to come inside for. Truly, we had the best experience from start to finish!

We've used southern heating and cooling since we moved to Reform 10 years ago. They usually show up the day you call. They normally have what we need to repair our system on their truck and rarely take more than an hour. The one time they left without the unit being repaired, they came back and repaired it free of charge. Only company I'll use.

When we called the office they were very nice and professional. The service tech came to make the repair and was very professional and knowledgeable. The owner made it a point to come by and introduce himself as well and follow up on the job done. Will definitely use SHC again!

These guys are the best. The guy came to my house during my child’s nap time and was so respectful about not waking him. He looked at our unit and called the company to see if he could get the part through warranty before calling to order the part. He went and picked the part up and came back the same day and replaced it. I really appreciate the extra mile and level of service we received from them. Highly recommend them!
