Called for them to come out & check our system after a severe storm & lightning. They were prompt when scheduled. Once our new system was ordered, it was just a few days before they were at my residence, installing the unit. Overall, they done a really fine job, all the way around.

Mr. Hines patiently answered all of my questions prior to my purchase. the guys that did the install worked great together and completed the install in one day. we have been happy with the brand-new carrier unit we purchased. we look forward to doing business with the pros at alexander's for years to come.

I contacted this business to install an AC system in a cabin I'm building in Marion county. They have been EXCEPTIONALLY professional and accommodating. They did exactly what they promised, in an extremely timely fashion. I wholeheartedly recommend doing business with Alexander's Heating and Air. You will be glad you did.

Our unit went out on a Friday. I'm retired, but I was a commercial HVAC tech in our family business for 20 years. I was pretty sure the compressor had gone out again so I called Alexander's and they came out the same day. The compressor was indeed dead and it was the 3rd one in only 9 yrs that we've lived here. They checked price and availability of a new unit for me and told me it would have to be ordered. They received it the following Thursday and even after raining most of that weekend they got it installed on Monday. Considering the rain that was no small feat as the unit (package heat pump) had to be carted from the driveway, across the front yard to the pad in the side yard. The yard survived and the unit was up and running shortly after lunch. So very thankful for all involved with this transaction and a special salute to the owner for offering a military discount. Poor customer service from the beginning. The salesman who sold me the contract was very nice, I wrote him a check and signed the agreement with the assurance that someone from the company would be calling to set up my first appointment. Two or three weeks later I received my check back in the mail with a new invoice for more money. No explanation, just the check and a new invoice. After calling the company to see what had happened i realized the salesman forgot to include the tax and that is why they sent me a new invoice. They apologized for not giving me a call or explanation as to why they sent the check and we moved on. Weeks later they did my first service which was fine. My main complaint with the company is that after I scheduled my spring maintenance appointment (the second half of the agreement), approximately a week later they sent me an email explaining due to high demand they were canceling all remaining spring maintenance appointments and would extend my agreement until the fall. No options just sorry but we cant hold up our end of the agreement. Now my unit will have to run through the heat of a NC summer without any preventive maintenance. Rather than extending the agreement I have asked for half of my money back to cover the half of the agreement they were not able to honor. That way I can get someone else to do the spring maintenance. Hopefully I will hear back from them soon. Not a very dependable company with poor communication skills.

My family and I have been using Alexander's for years! They are always so friendly! We just got a new unit and a couple new air vents put in our house. It is working great and the service was awesome! Great staff!

I called Alexander's Heating and Cooling about my cooling problem and they came that day to check it out for me. I needed a new and larger unit. My new and larger unit was installed the next day. They also had a company that set up payments so I wouldn't have to pay the total price up front. I am very pleased with the prompt and friendly service I received from this company!!!
