My technician, Travis Potter seemed very knowledgeable. He was professional and seemed to know what he was doing. Not sure if I can ask for him by name next time I make an appointment, but I'm definitely going to try.

He was very professional. While he was not able to get under my house, he reported back to the office so they would send someone the next day. I was very pleased. The plumbers that can and fixed my problem was Robert Graff, Corey, and Mike. Robert was able to go underneath my house to fix the problems. There was very little space under my house. Robert, Corey, and Mike stayed until 8:00 PM and the job was finished. Robert and Corey did not stop for lunch. They are truly dedicated to their job. These young men deserve a raise in my opinion.

Mike was awesome. He came in, found the leak, repaired the leak, and gave some expert advice. He was also very personable. I would definitely recommend Thompson & Thompson for plumbing services!

Have a good hot water length issue, Jason came out and looked everything over. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He explained to us multiple options instead of just pushing the fix of replacing everything. Can't wait to get the different estimates back so we can move towards proper shower lengths!

On Easter Sunday my Mom woke up to flooding in her backyard due to a broken pipe. At almost 80 years old this was overwhelming for her. We attempted a few calls to plumbers in the Bluffton area, but no one could assist today or didn’t return our call. I then pulled up emergency plumbers and saw Thompson and Thompson had a 4.9 star review. I called and Allison immediately picked up. She explained that she would reach out to the person on call. Even though he already had two other calls, she explained that he would be there to assist us today. When Terry arrived he was quick to get to work on the problem. After just two hours he resolved our broken pipe issue. He was very professional, and highly knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company! Had them replace my old goodman ac units with Trane seer 16 units. Expensive obviously, but they did a great job and did everything in 2 days.

I had seen glowing reports of Thompson and Thompson on Nextdoor, so when my heat pump malfunctioned I gave them a call and set up a service call for five days later, as they were pretty well booked up. Getting off to a super start, Johnny called me the day after I called and asked if he could come by right then. Stunned at such a prompt response, I said sure. Johnny went over our entire system, complete with photos of all the issues. I was anticipating a repair, but looking at the photos and considering the system’s age, he recommended replacement and we agreed. He prepared four replacement options and explained each one in detail. We made our selection and he also helped with the credit application. We were stunned again when he checked with his manager and asked if we’d mind if they installed it the next day. Johnny was very professional and no pressure. He made what could have been a difficult pill to swallow relatively pain-free. Great job! Zach and Aaron showed up at our house bright and early Saturday morning and went right to work. Their work ethic is outstanding and they worked straight through the day (7 hours) and I don’t think they even stopped for lunch. When they finished they cleaned up everything so that the only evidence that that had been here was the shiny new external unit working quietly and efficiently. Thompson and Thompson is truly a great company to deal with! Kudos!

Nigel (Lead Electrician) and Lance Jr. Provided excellent service. Very professional, on-time, looked at the 32 ft tall ceiling, assembled scaffolding and got the job done perfectly! We recommend Thompson and Thompson and will be using them in the future for home services!
