my air doctor KEN was fantastic in so many ways. He certainly knew what he was doing and took the time and patience to explain, teach and help me understand the "what , why and how " of every step he was checking and performing. He even helped this "dinasaur lady of technology" with ordering the filters I needed . I was so fortunate to have a talented, knowledgeable and kind and nice person to help take care of my furnace.

Jacob was very helpful with explaining the system and answering all of my questions about the heating and air in my new home. They showed up in a timely manner, worked quickly and efficiently, and even waited for me when I got the times incorrect without being resentful. I would highly recommend using their services.

He accessed our heater, found the part the same day and repaired the heater in no time. His personality is inviting and he’s a true professional. Jacob was able to troubleshoot my heating problem this morning. He quickly discovered that the gas to my furnace had been accidentally left off from previous service. The heat pump had temporarily taken over but couldn’t keep up with the lower temps we had last night and early this morning. He was very thorough checking everything out and taking time to explain the problem. He wore shoe covers in his trips in/out of the house. He has been here before for maintenance and is always polite. A definite asset to AirDoctorx. 👍🏻

Jacob was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and educated me on how to continue to care for the mini splits appropriately. He was professional and personable. He worked outside in a downpour without one complaint and was conscientious about not leaving a wet mess in my home when he came back inside.

We are 100% satisfied! Air Doctorx was 1 of 3 companies we had come give us an estimate on a new HVAC system. Mark came and talked with us about our needs, did our "comfort survey" and then did a thorough walk through, pointing out his thoughts, suggestions, and asking us questions along the way. He was the only 1 of 3 that presented us with the option of installing the mini-split, ductless system. We decided to go with Air Doctor bc they are a smaller, local company (support local!), we felt no pressure (one company's representative felt like a car salesman), he was very patient and thorough with all explanations and recommendations, and we really liked the idea of the ductless system. Once we committed, we were filled in on the whole process and timeline. His team came in, wore boot covers, and were very respectful in my home. They answered all our questions and were all very knowledgeable. Once complete, they cleaned up and Dan even ran the vacuum! We are now 3 weeks in with the mini-split system and are very happy; no regrets; and we highly recommend Air Doctorx!!
