Don’t let anyone you know work here.This company has some pretty messed up stuff going on along with keeping illegal immigrants on the job because they are cheap labor even though they steal off job sites and buy stolen tools from people on their breaks not to mention one of them was confronted because he stole from my boyfriend and they still didn’t fire his sorry self.My boyfriend hasn’t worked there in over a month and they still have him as employed so he can’t get his 401k out all over some freaking pairs of pants Jared never said he had to give back to the company before he leaves.He’s had an employee trespass on a property and get arrested all because he was following Jared’s orders.My family and friends will know about all of this I’m very upset about all of it!

Melinda is very rude and unprofessional. We call had to call to confirm our appointment. After 1 day of service, the unit stopped working altogether. We called on a Friday afternoon to be told it would be Monday before we could receive service. The technician wawas broken down on the side of the road. Melinda stated, "I guess I can come get him and bring him to you." Melinda, you are nasty and should NOT be in customer service however she will keep a job because of her connections. God is watching though. I promise you, this company will not received any more of our money!

If I could give a lower review than 1 star, I would! They are extremely difficult to work with, to get on the phone, and to get service. I have called week after week, and still no resolution. I was referred to them by American Home Shield, and even AHS had a horrible experience with them on a conference call. AHS has been requesting a revised estimate several times, and they are refusing to send it. AFTER BEING INSTRUCTED TO DO SO SEVERAL TIMES BY AHS! And your representative (Beverly)assured me that it would be done, but she did not. All I need is my a/c fixed! I understand that you have a contact with AHS, but I am the one that is paying! I am the one who is inconvenienced. But I am glad that AHS was on the phone and able to witness the poor service that was given and your refusal to do what they are asking of you! How can you repair a unit that has blown up!! But you want to say it can be repaired with a new compressor! And this was the 3rd service call to repair the same unit! I have been trying to get this resolved since June!

Thank you for the great review. Just to clarify for you. We are hired by AHS to make a professional judgement of what needs to be done to your unit to get it back running. We found your compressor was bad and can be fixed. So with that being said there not going to replace your unit if it can be fixed. I have spoken with upper management at AHS and they advised we would be replacing compressor when you approve non covered cost. We also offer financing if that is something you may need. Also, we can send you a quote for a new unit if you do not want to move forward with the repairs. Have a great day. Thank

Louis was courteous, knowledgeable, and completed the job quickly. He also advised about replacing the UV. He did a good job of explaining how UV eliminates conditions for mold and fungus development. He offered to speak with home warranty and set expectations for about two weeks to return and install a UV pacage.

The technician Lewis was prompt, professional, and extremely kind. He explained the problem with the cooling unit and cleaned all excess material from where he worked. He also made sure the unit was working properly before leaving. He should be noted as an outstanding, excellent and valuable employee that represents your company well.

Doyle was extremely professional and productive. Once it was discovered that my AC had seen its final days, Doyle and his team had me a new unit installed in less than 24 hours. I’m glad I chose Fire and Ice to get the job done.

My A/C unit stopped working so I called my Home Warranty company and was assigned this company. I reseached the company's website and saw they had 24/7 service and emergency services. I contacted all 3 numbers for company and voice-mail was full several times. I called the Warranty company back and they called Fire & Ice and told me they have guidelines and to wait. How can you state 24/7 and emergency services but state you have guidelines? So what are the guidelines besides wait 48 hours for service that states you have emergency services 24/7? It's supposed to be over 100 degrees everyday. This is an emergency I have an elderly mother here that can not wait 48 hours. Also why won't someone answer a phone? I called the home warranty company back to cancel the appointment. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND BOOK ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

I have been having issues with my air unit for a few years now and I would call my home warranty and they would send the same company out and the issue would never be permanently fixed. This has happened at least 3 years straight. So this year when it happened I asked if another company could come out to service the problem. The person came out and said I needed a part that needed to be ordered. I waited for the part to come and the problem was fixed and they checked other things to make sure I was good to go!! My air is blowing extremely cold air. Doyle was amazing!! He promised me he would get the job done and he did!! Thank you
