If you need your AC serviced, Dennis is definitely your guy. He is very knowledgeable, friendly,and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me. He is very thorough with his work and his customer service is great. This was my first time using Air Serv and I am happy with the entire process.I usually use another company, but I'm going to stay with Air Serv moving forward.

Thank you Anthony, for coming out to my house. You went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable under the circumstances. He broke down every step he made in a way that I could understand. Physics was never my thing so what I did understand I made sure to tell him where I was confused. We just purchased this house and didn’t know how old our unit is (this unit was from 1992, it has over done its time 🥺). He left me with some recommendations which I will be sire to follow up on.

I called as a new customer, was added to the system, with an emergency service appointment set for the same day. I received text and email confirmation when Kenny was enroute. Kenny called and described the problem and solution, clearly communicating with me, I authorized the work and it was executed in a timely manner. Our system is running properly now and I greatly appreciate the high standard of customer service I received.

Tanisia has great customer service skills and is friendly every time I call. Kenny is a great technician who is very knowledgeable and honest. He tried hard to fix the issues we were having with our AC unit. The unit is at least 16 years old, and he mentioned what he thought was the problem, but couldn't say for sure it would work and recommended we get a new unit. We set up an appointment with Cornelius to do a home survey and figure out what system would be best. He explained everything and was very professional. My husband requested that Kenny install the new unit, Cornelius said "he normally isn't on the install team, but we can make that happen." Once the system came in the install team came out the day prior to access. On 17 April Kenny and Eligio did the complete install of our new AC unit and air handler, they did an excellent job, were very polite and professional. They ran tests to ensure that the unit was functioning correctly before leaving. Cornelius even stopped by to see how everything was going. This new system is great and keeping our whole house cool. Recommend Air Serv 10/10.

I am always satisfied with the customer service I get from the front office, to the service call. Kenny is always very careful, clean, and completes his work with such expertise and skilled workmanship. He clearly takes pride in his job. He makes recommendations that I can trust are not just run of the mill ways to make money. I've been with Aire Serv for a long time & have never been disappointed with them! Mr. Dennis came by to take care of the Maintenance of my AC Unit & was very thorough. Jumped right on & was great at explaining what was done & what needs to be done. Recently this post was worded wrong. It is fixed now. Please understand that I didn't get my first Cell Phone until my 30's.

Dennis was great. Even though my appointment was during a tornado warning, he was on time and very professional. He did explain that he would have to come back and finish the outside portion. Totally understandable. He explained everything he did inside and that I needed some additional work. He ordered the part on the spot and will schedule installation when it comes in. Again, Dennis did a great job!!!
