Had to wait for 3 days to get my AC fixed because the person on the phone wasn’t as helpful as I expected. But Chris the technician was really helpful! Saved us from suffering from the heat!

Shout out to Journey for his visit yesterday who had the intention of getting my AC working again and he did exactly that with his professional, knowledgeable, kind, polite, patient manner I could ask for. He also took the time to set up my new nest app which I appreciated very much. I also had my neighbor come with a question on my unit and he too noticed Journey’s quick and accurate response showing his abilities and knowledge of the system. I will highly recommend and request him in the future!!! Thank you again Journey!!!😁👏

The lady I set my appointment with hung up in my face after I told her I needed to cancel the appointment. When I set the appointment she made it sound like I was inconveniencing her day . She didn’t even ask why or if I needed to reschedule to a different day and it’s only 8:30am . I would not recommend this company with service like this.

We had Bill’s Heating & Air replace our 20 year old system at our home. Chris came to look at what we had to give us a quote. Our system was installed the next week by Chris and his crew. The entire crew was very professional and task driven. After the install Chris showed my husband the new system and everything he did. Jason, the owner, is also very responsive and knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend if you need any heating and air work done!

We are so thankful for Bill’s Heating and Air Conditioning and the great service they provided. Our air went out last night and we called this morning and their quick response time was such a blessing. Jay came and was very kind and very professional and it didn’t take long at all for the air conditioning to be repaired. We are so thankful!!

The best heating and air business in the low country. We’ve used other big name brands and paid twice as much and had to have twice the amount of service calls because it wasn’t installed properly. We switch to these guys with your local technicians are super knowledgeable staff was super helpful and all the pricing was very upfront and honest.

Our AC went out on Saturday evening. We called around 9am on Sunday and left a voicemail. Received a call back within the hour. Chris was at our house by 1pm. Replaced the motor and fixed our AC in 30 minutes. No nonsense. No hassle. No wait. We are very pleased and will definitely recommend this business to our friends and neighbors.

So May 14, 2023 my ac system went out in the night time while I was asleep. Woke up found ac was frozen over I had a maintenance plan with this company for a while the tech jay is polite informative and spot on with customer service. He came first thing in the am seen I had a bad coil gave me my opinions after he tried to find away to repair. I opted for the replacement of the system they came out the next morning was a team of Doug and Jay from start to finish, took two hours. They were very informative. Let me know what they were doing and why I enjoyed and learning something as a homeowner. If I wasn’t selling my home and moving, I would definitely be a loyal customer still. Also, the owner is spot on with his customer service as well.
