Best service around. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and kind. They take time to explain each thing to you. Very honest company. Technician Ronnie Howard was extremely kind and did a wonderful job.

Rocky Gulick did an excellent job on my hvac unit. It had just quit. He had it running within 30 minutes. This is the best company in North Alabama. Thanks for the prompt response.

We have been with Alabama Climate Control for years and have always been happy with their service. When the worst happened this year and our unit failed, they immediately took action. Within a few short days they were here with an all new setup, showed up on time, were very professional and had us up and running in no time that same day. I was very very disappointed in the way they treated my 80 year mother! She has been a loyal customer of theirs for 30 + years. The first night of this horrible ice storm, our hvac unit quit!! We called and left a message with the answering services, but didn't get any return calls from them. So she called them back, and she was understandingly very upset with them.. she had always paid them for the work they did , sometimes in payments, but aways paid it off... the day they finally came, The guy went under the house and repaired some wires he said that rodents had chewed into.. he told her there was another part needed repaired , so when her daughter made the statement that her mom will not have any money to the next day He stopped what he was doing and went to his van and called the office and told they are saying that they won't have any money to the following morning when her mothers paycheck hits the bank. Apparently the person on the phone at the office told him gather his tools and whatever else, and get in his vehicle and leave. So he left with no explanation of why or anything ?? Oh and we got a bill for$100 A FEW DAYS LATER! I am so upset at how they treated a 80 year old client after 30 +'years!!!! I do not appreciate us having to freeze our a**es off for 5 days and I wouldn't recommend Alabama Climate Control to a Eskimo in Alaska!!!!

Alabama climate control came out early in the morning took out my old carrier unit and put in my new Train unit. The installers were great and clean up was fantastic. They even came out a few days later to explain my new thermostat to me. I would recommend Alabama climate control to everyone.

Alabama climate control is highly recommended! One weekend our air handler stopped working. I called after hours and was able to schedule an emergency appointment, the lady I spoke with was very professional and nice. When the tech arrived he was very professional and attentive to try to fix our unit. For the future we will always use Alabama climate control!
