First , I am not going to be cussed at when you call.
Second, We are not a 24 hour/ 7 day a week AC company. We have not ever advertised that we were a 24 hour AC company. Our hours are listed on our voicemail and our website. And if you would have left a message Friday night after hours I would have called you the next day because our hours are from 8 am until 12 pm on Saturdays. And after hours if I do look at my phone and I see that a customer of record has called and left a message I will all them back but you did not leave a message or a text even.
So as far as being reimbursed that was your choice to call another company I did not tell you that we couldn’t get there. I never spoke to you until 9 days later after you called me cussing at me. Your air conditioner is listed with the manufacturer for a 10 years parts only warranty and if you would have left a message on July 14th regardless of when we made it out you would not have paid any labor but we didn’t know about the problem until today after the labor only warranty thru Frosty’s had lapsed.
