Arctic Air & Heat

Darrel and Lynn Kizziah at Arctic Air & Heat are really great. They are a God send! We are so pleased with our Train full package system and new duct work they installed a few years ago. It is so quiet and performs very efficiently. We would like to encourage you to use them if you are needing a system maintenance or a full package replacement . Thanks again for such a great job you did.

The gentlemen that came out were very knowledgeable and did a great job helping us get our air going. They explained everything well and answered all my questions. They were polite and respectful.

Chandler was thorough, professional, polite, and very friendly. Issues were identified and he even shared a video for me to understand the problem. Unfortunately, new coils in my future but I feel confident they will do an excellent job!

We just moved into a new home 2 months ago. I think that the previous owners were DIY kinda people and probably have not had professional service since the unit was installed, and it shows. The guys came (Chandler did the inside work and I didn't speak to the other guy outside so I didn't have a name - sorry). They were very thorough and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service. Chandler and his coworker came out to the house earlier than expected. Which is awesome compared to waiting like I have for other companies. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They worked hard while there at the house. Changed the filters, cleaned the units and checked everything thoroughly. I’m confident that they do an excellent job. Cody was very thorough and resolved my issue. He was prompt, courteous, informative, and very professional. He even removed his boots, without me asking, before he entered my home. A+++!

Hunter did an excellent job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided recommended repairs. He was very courteous and communicative. I’ve been using arctic air for years for preventative maintenance and my units are 10 years old going strong.
