Our air conditioner decided to quit working on the afternoon of Aug. 29. At 3:30PM, we called Airwaves and told them our problem (we purchased the unit from them and are on a maintenance agreement). Less than 24 hours later, the repairman had our air conditioner working and cooling beautifully. Thank you, Aaron!!!

TAir Waves is one of the best companies run by some of the best people I've ever done business with. Air Waves is owned by Ricky, and Aaron has been my tech for years. Honestly, you'll never get service like this anywhere else. They go above and beyond on every call every time. They service my unit twice a year. They call me to set up the service every time. They show up on time. Aaron is so detail oriented that he wears shoe covers every time he enters my house. He is professional and knowledgeable. He explains everything to me. He asks me about my family and kids. This is no longer a business relationship. This is a friendship. You can trust Ricky and Aaron. They will look out for your best interest above their own. Let me tell you a story. My unit is about 2 years overdue for a replacement. It still runs great because Aaron takes great care of it. It had a part that was on the verge of breaking, and if it broke, it could cause other problems. He recommended I replace it. Two days later, my ac stopped cooling. It was late at night. I had a tough day, and my patience was already thin. Of course, my mind made an assumption, and I thought it was something related to the new part. I called the office and left a frustrated message. The next day, Aaron made room in his packed schedule to come to my house. The problem was unrelated to the previous repair. It was merely coincidental timing. The digital thermostat had broken. Aaron warranted the part and gave me a new thermostat absolutely free and no charge on the emergency service call. This tells you everything you need to know about Air Waves. 1) They have a good attitude always. 2) They respond to your needs quickly and with care. 3) On this one, they took the hit merely because the appearance was they may have caused the problem. 4) They didn't defend themselves or make me feel bad for the grumpy message. 5) They fixed my problem.
