Chris, who led the project, was incredibly thorough in explaining all our options right from the start. He helped me understand the different systems and what would work best for my home, making the decision process a lot easier. The installation day was impressive. Chris and his team were exactly on time, extremely polite, and finished the entire job within a single day. It's clear that they care deeply about their work and making sure everything is done right. They even handled some extra fixes that weren't initially discussed, all without charging more. Chris's suggestion to use my existing Nest thermostat and adjust the pricing accordingly was a testament to their honesty and customer first attitude. In terms of cost, they offered the best deal compared to several other big name companies I had checked with, all without compromising on the quality of the installation. Additionally, it was really the little things that stood out, they even brought my trash can back from the street after trash pickup day, which was a pleasant surprise. Chris and his team are not just skilled at what they do; they're genuinely great people who take pride in their work and in providing excellent service. They even made friends with my dogs, giving them a little attention during their visit. On a weekday evening I contacted Chris because my blower motor wouldn't turn on. Chris was there the next morning to diagnose the issue. He determined the blower motor had failed and told me it's still under warranty. He quickly found a replacement blower motor, picked it up and installed it that day. What quick service especially when the nights were still getting cold and we needed heat. He's professional, friendly, trusting, and provides excellent service. He's a local Jax Beach businessman that doesn't try to upsell you on high priced add ons that you don't need like the bigger corporate HVAC companies in the area. Chris also handles my seasonal maintenance over the past year and I couldn't be happier with the service. You won't regret trying out Chris for all your HVAC needs.

A friend recommended Chris at Duval Air and gave him a call. I am so glad that I did. He came in and took over my system that a few of the larger companies in town couldn’t fix.
