Over the years I've used them to repair heat pump-related issues and they always provided great repairs commensurate with the problem. Over the years, I have called Mr. Refrigeration on numerous occasions and they are always excellent. Whenever I call regarding a heating or cooling issue, the office moves swiftly to send out a tech--who is knowledgeable, pleasant, and does not waste time solving the problem. If a replacement part.is required, that is managed efficiently and the new part put in place as soon as possible. Dealing with Mr. Refrigeration is always a pleasant experience.

My repairman, Bro, was professional, thoughtful, did clean work, therefore was courteous, respectful, and honest! We had been given a quote from CHW that would have cost me either $1545. to fix what Mr. Refrigeration's repairman, Bro Hordens did for $530!!!! The other choice I had was to buy a NEW $18,000. unit made by Amana, which mine is a Rheem!! The repairman who was sent to my home by CHW (Choice Home Warranty) is the one who tried to sell me this ridiculously priced new unit!! I'm sure glad I didn't allow either choice and made an appointment with Mr. Refrigeration to get a second opinion!!! I now have warm heat!! Thank you, Bro and Mr. Refrigeration!!! 😉❤️

My outside package unit had problems. The two service tech’s came within the hour that I called. My RUUD unit was installed in 2003. They addressed all old damaged wiring and parts to keep my unit running. Checked the air temperatures coming from the pump and heat strip that provides my dwelling. They are knowledgeable, friendly and educated me on my unit. I could tell the difference immediately that they made upon use. I’ll have my unit for more years to come. THEY DID’NT BREAK my bank account. I recommend them.

Mr.Refrigeration was very polite, friendly and did well with the job that he came to do. Personally- I would Recommend them to anyone who needs help with the things they do. (smile) Very, very outstanding people!!!

I called Mr Refrigeration, my heat pump had quit, they came out and replaced parts and my heat pump is working wonderful! Thanks so much to the very professional kind man named Jason that came out! There prices are very reasonable compared to other companies around, and he was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly! I would highly recommend Mr Refrigeration, to anyone!
