I give Arkansas Air an A+. Nick was my service provider. He was very friendly and always on time. Nick took the time to explain what was wrong with my Air condition and what he did to fix it. He also showed me the part he had to replace. I will definitely use Atkansas Air again.
Technician Nick was the most thorough and helpful with explaining and walking me through the process of what all was going on and needed to be done. By far the best and most competent service I’ve ever used in my home.
O. My Gosh Called just after 7 a.m. and my unit was fixed before lunch time. Technician Nick worked fast, went above and beyond, and explained every thing so well. Definitely will use them again.
