Prompt service and solid pricing for the work I needed done. The tech was knowledgeable and had my unit up and running within minutes basically. He also offered an additional service which I needed and took advantage of. Will use again & definitely would recommend to others.

Pricing, scheduling, customer service were all outstanding! Matt, Justin, and Rafael were especially terrific. I had A/C unit moved from one side of the house to the other. As a result, at the new location a metal cover that went over some of the piping and wiring on the outside of the house needed to be installed. I was told the cover "could be painted any color I wanted to match the house," which I assumed meant that Yates would paint it. Only days later after it was already installed to the wall did I learn I am responsible for painting it. Had I known that I would have painted it myself before they affixed it to the wall since it would be less messy and I wouldn't have to get on a very tall ladder and awkwardly try to paint. Other than that, the entire job, including the coil replacement in the attic was fantastic. All that being said, I wouldn't hesitate to use Yates again should I need any HVAC services in the future.

Very good service, really friendly people and relatively reasonable prices. We had an issue with an improperly installed bathroom vent (not Yates). Yates explained the problem and solution, scheduled, and fixed it within a few days. Would use again.
