Mohr’s diagnosis of our AC issue was that we needed a new unit. Quote “your evaporator coil has a restriction” and “there are no replacement parts”. A 2nd and 3rd opinion revealed that there was NO restriction and replacement parts WERE available. Their quote to refill the refrigerant was triple the price of others in town. Either they were trying to get an extra bit of money or their diagnosis was very off. Either way, I will stay away in the future.
