As usual Mike and team to the rescue !! After our air conditioning went out we called Don in the office. We had a service called the same day by the end of the day we had cold air everyone from in the office, Matt or Mike are both kind, courteous, considerate, professional, the best in the business I will never use, anyone else. Thank you so much for everything. We appreciate you, Mike. !!

Terrible Experience, Avoid Mike Bertie Heating and Air I recently had a terrible experience with Mike Bertie heating and air. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone in need of fast and reliable AC repairs. When I initially called Mike Bertie, they promptly assessed the issue and informed me that a specific part needed to be replaced in order to restore the functionality of my AC unit. However, this is where the problems began. After ordering the part, I was shocked to find out that they had ordered the wrong one. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what followed was completely unacceptable. Instead of taking immediate action to rectify the situation, the company made me wait for an additional two weeks without any progress made. This all happened in the middle of the summer where the temperatures were in the 90’s to 100’s and our A/C was completely out! Not only was their mistake frustrating, but the lack of urgency and communication from Mike Bertie was highly disappointing. I reached out to them multiple times during those two weeks, but each time I was met with vague answers and no concrete solutions. As a customer in need of a quick AC repair, I expected a higher level of professionalism and efficiency. Unfortunately, Mike Bertie failed to meet these expectations. Their inability to order the correct part and the subsequent delay in fixing my AC unit left me extremely dissatisfied. After 14 days of no air conditioning we had to contacted a different company in Gainesville. I really hated to do this. I would have rather give my business to a small local company. If you're seeking fast and reliable AC repairs, I strongly advise against calling Mike Bertie. Their lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and overall unprofessionalism make them an unreliable choice for anyone in need of efficient AC services. Look elsewhere for a company that values their customers' time and delivers on their promises. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who may be considering Mike Bertie for their AC repair needs. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by finding a more competent and reliable service provider.

My parents have been using Mike Bertie for 20 years and have had nothing but good to say about them. My husband and I had to call them last week because our AC wasn't working well.
