AC Service Center

This company installed the complete outside and inside unit. There’s a10 year warranty on certain parts. She just explained parts are covered not labor. Labor will be separate. Ok so in the 2 1/2 months we have lived hear the outside system fan stoped we flipped the switch and got it back going. Then most recent it froze up. This is what lead to the call. I’m told that it will be a $85 service charge for them to come out. OK no problem $85 service charge for them to tell me what’s wrong with it sure. Oh well, the $85 service charge got turned into an $85 labor charge then they hit me with $130 to add Freon and then another $50 to check for the leak with my grand total of $265. I am upset because $85 diagnostics fee to come out and check the system is what should have happened not $85 labor and $50 to check the system. Absolutely not .I understand adding 2 pounds of Freon at $65 a pound for $130 . but an $85 diagnostics fee should not have been turned into a labor charge and then on top of that charge you $50 to check for a leak which is still part of the diagnostics. this is completely outrageous. They weren’t even here for 15 minutes.

We have had maintenance agreements over the years but Eric was the best AC service technician we have ever had. He did an outstanding job and I highly recommend AC Service.

Excellent Company and Technicians. Had to have the outside condenser coils replaced (leak). Eric and Kieth (techs) arrived right on time (7:30 AM), worked in the rain and had our system back in service by 11AM. Very appreciative of the technicians' performance and AC Services......Thanks, Bill

Since AC Service Center decided to grace me with a reply, I shall give my full review. I called this company out in 2021 to repair my AC. The owner of the company came out an fiddled with a few things and got it to work for a day. I called them back our when it went out again and the owner showed up again. She gave me all kinds of excuses on how she couldn't diagnose the issue of it wasn't happening while she was there. It was an intermittent problem with the blower. She went up into the attic for a few minutes, came back down and told me the entire system needed to be redone. It didn't sound right to me, so I called a different AC company. The tech from the other company did some troubleshooting, spent a great deal of time in the attic and came back down informing me the problem was fixed. He found that a piece of equipment had messed up and replaced it. The system worked flawlessly afterwards. Do not trust AC Service Center. The owner is a scam artist.

I have lived in Camden County over 30 years and have been using AC Service Center for the past 10. They are the best I have used, and I wouldn't use another! Their customer service is top-notch, and they always take the time to explain what they are doing (even for routine maintenance) and my options for repairs. I have never had trouble getting them to come out, and they save me time-off from work by being prompt. I have listened to people complain about having to wait for a service tech from other companies and tell them to call AC Service Center! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Amy, Keith and their whole team are very professional and always a pleasure to deal with. They have always went out of their way to ensure we are taken care of quickly and completely satisfied. I have tried to use other AC service businesses in the area, and was very disappointed in the service and price each time. I now only use AC Service Center for my AC needs. I recommend them to all of my family and friends and would recommend them to anyone.

Our AC decided to act up on a holiday weekend! They came out on a Sunday and were quick and amazing!! Replaced the part and checked to make sure the freon and our filters were good! The service was amazing and our house was cooler within a hour!!! Amy also called me 2 weeks later to make sure that everything was still working well!! Will use their services from now on!!!!!
