Capistrano Air

I had been using a different company for servicing our 9 year old HVAC. Every time they came in the past three years, I was told that I had a problem. The same thing occurred with another property that we own. I finally decided to seek a new company. After reading the reviews for Capistrano Air, I called and set up a routine maintenance appointment which was created for the next day. I was given a window of 9 - 10. The technician showed up at 8:45 which was impressive! He was courteous and performed the checking of the equipment and replaced the filters. He acknowledged that everything looked in good working order. He did a minor correction that involved a PCP pipe that needed to be longer but never criticized the tech before him. That, too, was impressive. I am definitely staying with Capistrano Air.

Thank you Capistrano Air for your professional service. My air conditioning unit is old but needed to be cleaned and conditioned to assure it remains functioning well. My service person was on time, thorough in his evaluation of the system and updated me of how the unit was holding out. I am very happy with the service I received
