Our ac stopped working today around 2pm and after calling Air Care their technician jimmy was out here within an hour my initial call. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and gave us the right options to fix our system, and poof a total of 2 and a half hours after our initial call our ac was blowing out nice cold air again. 10/10 would recommend and jimmy was a superstar!

My heater broke and I called Air Care. The next day Joey came out and was very friendly. After diagnosing what’s wrong I was given a few different options that ranged in prices. I had many questions and Joey answered them all and helped me choose a decision that best suited me. By the end of the day my heater was working and I was more than happy with the service provided.

10/10 experience would recommend to anybody in the area! Employee Joey was extremely professional, efficient and knew exactly what my family and I needed for our home to stay cool this summer. Both Joey and other employees made quick and excellent work to get the job completed. Overall extremely satisfied with fair pricing and the work completed. JP is an extraordinary person…He is professional, generous, creative and kind. JP suggested ways to get our project done that were outside of the box and had a genuine interest in what would work best for our unique situation. His team was awesome and we actually enjoyed having them in the house. They gave extra care to explain their work along the way and we are super impressed with the outcome.

Can you give over a 5 star review? Oh my gosh! I am so glad I found this company to service my heater and AC. Matt Schneider, the Service Tech, was on time, efficient, and he clearly knows his stuff! And, he is a cool guy too! He diagnosed my issue and was able to handle it with ease. Will definitely call on the Air Care Team for all future heating and AC needs. Highly recommend!
