They came to Old Town Florida and replaced our worn out unit that was less than 6 years old. We now have a great new unit that is so quite and looks great and I'm sure this one will last a lot longer than the other one.Thanks to the staff and crew, they were wonderful.

Jordan Brown came to our house to do some routine maintenance on our AC unit. He was so professional! He called about 15 to 20 minutes prior to arrival. I was not home due to having to work and I asked a friend to go over and let him in to do the maintenance, He was so nice about that and called me after the visit to tell me he was done and updated me on my unit. Roy installed the rain shroud on my A/C perfectly, keeping unwanted pests out and making sure I'm satisfied with the final outcome. Jordan performed my annual maintenance on my A/C unit, making it look new again. He pays attention to detail and even addressed the leveling issues. Top-notch service! Shatto did great work. I bought my house in 2017 with an older Shatto-installed unit that, unfortunately, was struck by lightning in 2019. I kept it alive a surprising five more years with the help of an HVAC friend, but knew the day was coming when I had to replace it. That day came a month ago, and they did an amazing job. Diagnosis, financing, removal and installation was all handled in a span of two or three days. The install proper took a few hours and they left it looking and running beautifully. Not a shred of my old unit to be found! These days, my power bill is way down and my house finally feels right, without the constant worry! Thanks Shatto.

Workers showed up on time, were extremely polite, worked hard and continuously until job completed. I would recommend this company to anyone! Before they left for the day, they even handed me a “Thank You” card for using them! That was a very nice touch! Judson, Ashton and Dayton are the nicest installers I’ve ever used! Call them! You will not be sorry.

Just figured I would share my most recent findings of Shatto heating and air while digging out the Christmas stuff from the attic. Anyone who knows HVAC knows that you’re not suppose to just piece ductwork together! It should be installed with LAP JOINTS!! This is exactly why! It will eventually separate as mine did after only 3 yrs in this new construction house!! I am not surprised due to everything else I’ve had to go behind them and correct / fix!! Consider yourself WARNED!!

Shatto did a great job installing our units. They are true professionals. We appreciated them being mindful of cleanup and neatness as well. Job well done! We would recommend Shatto to anyone looking for heating and or air units or service.

I have had water in my return duct for over a month. It took 5 phone calls and 2 weeks to get someone out here to say it needed to be fixed. Then he continued to say that someone would be out that day (friday) or that following Monday to fix the problem. It is now Tuesday and just received a phone call that they do not have a eta on when it would be repaired. Additionally I have had to make all the calls to try and arrange for this to be fixed. This is the first phone call we have received throughout this whole ordeal
