I had made an appointment to have my a.c unit serviced over the phone at which time was told i had to pay the $175 up front..several days later a very young tech pulled in to begin the service..he went into the attic to look at the air handler first, after about 20 minutes he came down to tell me i needed $2100 in equipment to help my unit run better...it almost sounded scripted..after telling him he must be joking he moved on to the compressor, all the while still trying to "sell" me the must needed fix to my handler..of course the compressor was fine after all his checks..i'm reluctant to give 2 stars only because the young tech was very polite and professional in his job...needless to say i did not get any "upgrades" and thanked the young man for his job..be very careful using this company for a unit check...i will never use them again..
