I truly appreciate the service we have received from GlennJones Home Services. They did a wonderful job installing our HVAC 2 years ago. Jacob came out today because we had an issue and Jacob instantly diagnosed the problem( we had moved some wires and reassembled them incorrectly. ) What service! An honest, professional, customer centered business, which is difficult to find now a days.

We’ve been out of AC at home for a long time and these wonderful guys were able to get the parts we needed in a timely fashion and get everything installed quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to get our unit back up. Will always use Glenn I Jones for our AC needs! 10/10!

I’ve used this company in the past for AC needs. I was very happy with the service, so couldn’t call fast enough when I saw them listed as electricians as well. David Tyre was my electrician today and he was fantastic. He worked in a home with no AC, where it was about 100 degrees. Even so, he took his time and did a very thorough job. He fixed an immediate safety issue before even scheduling to come back to fix the main problem. They were able to fit me in the same day I called, and he arrived right on time. Great service. Third time repeat customer.

Arrived as expected. Professional introduction and work expectation explained for full understanding. Well informed and work stage communication to half & full completion was excellent. They prepped their work area to protect our home, and cleaned up their work area as if they were never here. Simplified indoor evap unit drain line to outside, working as required. Knowledgeable techs at indoor unit disassembly, deep cleaning, and reassembling to perfection. The techs went through system operations prior to completion, all working as expected. Billing and payment easy through tablet use. I do RECOMMEND this company, and I will use their services over and over again.
