Rylee was great. Very personable. Works very hard. If we had questions he was right there with the answer. Cleaned out the a/c system n got it ready for the summer. Very happy with Touchstone Heating n Air Inc.

Amazing experience. They replaced the old central air unit with several mini units. Mark did the initial walk through and was very patient with my lack of knowledge. The financing approval process turned out to be very simple. The day of work, Mark got his crew orientated and made sure things went smoothly. His crew was very focused. They coordinated well together. The crew were polite to me, but also polite towards each other, so I felt comfortable being alone with them while they worked. I’ve waited a couple weeks to write this review to see how the mini units work. The units are working and looking beautiful.

I am very pleased with my service from Touchtone Heating and Air. They were very in depth with what needed repaired and the difference between repairing and a new unit. I did not feel pressured to purchase but was given enough information to make a decision. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and welcoming.

We were in need of a new AC (compressor & air handler) and Touchstone did the removal and install. They arrived as scheduled and tackled the removal and install with expertise. I am super pleased with the job they performed, all was accomplished without damaging any of the surroundings. They cleaned up all the messes and once they left you saw no telltale signs of the project outside of the new units instead of the old.I highly recommend this company for all your hvac needs from install to maintenance.

This was the second new system installation we have had performed by Touchstone. Both jobs were done very professionally, on time, and at a fair price. The technicians are always courteous and knowledgeable. We'll keep using and recommending them to our neighbors and friends.

We called for an estimate on duct cleaning, and when they came out, they provided us with video showing that our ductwork was in really bad shape. It had not been serviced since we moved into the home, and they recommended that we replace it. They didn’t push for anything in particular, and in fact, were not pushy at all. We scheduled a time for them to come out and do our install. They showed up when they said they would, they had all the tools they needed to do the job, and they had plenty of staff to get it finished. They were all friendly and respectful of our home, and worked very cleanly. We highly recommend them and in fact will be contracting with them to do bi-annual maintenance to ensure that our system is kept in top notch shape.

We have loved the service we have received from Touchstone. It speaks volumes by having Mark, the owner, personally address concerns we've had since our new install. We're extremely pleased with our new unit and have thoroughly enjoyed developing a relationship with the Touchstone family. I can't recommend Touchstone enough. Our experience truly has been 5 Star. Touchstone heating and air is probably the most professionally run, above-board, clean and presentable, and overall fully competent company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They are not the cheapest, but they are by far the most useful and functioning group I have dealt with. The staff is courteous beyond belief, the techs are extremely polite, and the price is competitive. I could not sing enough praises to this company and its people. I highly recommend Touchstone.
