So kind! Friendly with my kiddo who was all up in their business the whole time! Lol. Everyone was so nice and got the job done quick! It seems like they all function together well! Love their hospitality and honesty! It’s rare these days. Easy 5 star with my experience!

Kyle was very professional, and explained everything to us. He knew what he was doing. Nice to see that there are people that are doing business that are honest, straightforward. We haven't had anyone with kind of service for our ac in the past 4 years. When it is time to install a new unit, because of Kyle, you guys will get that opportunity. The serviceman showed up timely and worked quickly. Provided the Freon that was needed. He answered questions that were asked. I did not notice until after he had finished the work and left that we did not get the new filter we were told we'd receive, by the scheduler. Thank you.

We appreciated the reminders about the upcoming appointment. The technician was right on time and was very polite and seemed to know exactly what he was supposed to do. He kept us informed about the process and what he found. Lots of pictures were taken for reference. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Educated technicians that fully explain each step. I had 2 house units and 2 mini-splits serviced today. Very happy with Quality Comfort's service. They PROVIDE and change the filters! Last AC company I used would not do that. Thanks Tanner and Kyle!

We were pleased to see a company with a thorough inspection process. Thanks to Kyle's systematic inspection, he discovered a cluster of power wires that had burned through a wire cap and could have potentially shorted out on the metal housing of the condenser unit. It did cost us more than the service special and I'm sure there's a method to their madness, but I'm thankful it wasn't 120 degrees and waiting for an AC tech to show up! Preventative maintenance is the key to maintaining a good running AC system. It wasn't cheap but we agreed to the repairs and happy our system is now in good shape. Kyle is a good technician and works smart not hard! Thanks for your service.

My very old a/c- heating unit was in need of replacement & was finally giving way. I had already checked into costs of replacement but felt one more quote wouldn't hurt. I called Quality Comfort. Tina their sales person worked with me, listened & offered advice & gave me a price I couldn't pass up. Mike & his crew that did the install was very polite. They respected my home & my property & when they left you would have never known they had been there working. This was a pleasant experience to find such a company that seemed to care about me as a customer. My unit is working perfectly & I definitely would recommend Quality Comfort.
