Highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs! Our AC started acting up and would not cool at 4:30pm. I called and they had a technician out at 8am! Eric did a fabulous job and had the repairs done in timely manner and the service was reasonably priced! Definitely a 5 star company 😁

Called for maintenance on our older a/c unit. They came out quickly and thank God they did. The unit was very damaged from the heat and years of use. They offered a quick replacement at a fair price. The gentlemen who came to the house we very courteous and nice! Such a quick turnaround. Would recommend these folks to everyone!

Cool as a cucumber thanks to Ridge Energy Savers! Excellent service, awesome staff, great experience!!! We had another company out to look at our unit that is less than 4 years old that was running constantly but not cooling more than 3-5 degrees from the outside temp. He said nothing was wrong, that my expectations were too high for an a/c unit in Florida. They recommended replacing with a larger unit or "not to expect it to cool lower than 75 degrees, ever" even at night! I chocked it up to being new to Florida and we started saving for what he said would be $10k to upgrade to a new unit. Fast forward 4 months, I wanted a second opinion before I dropped a load of cash. Angel with Ridge Energy Savers came out and did a thorough inspection and noticed that coolant was leaking from the coils. Due to the age of our unit, the office handled checking on and then ordering the part (that was covered under our warranty) through the manufacturer. When Levi came out to replace the part and recharge our unit, he again explained everything that he was going to do and what we could expect to pay for the labor and the variable costs of coolant. He was efficient and respectful of my time as I work from home, and low and behold, our unit CAN cool more than 5 degrees colder than the outside temp! AND it was around $900 for the whole fix. A lot less than the $10k the original person quoted me! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone within their service area!!

I recently had Ridge Energy Savers install a new outside AC condenser for me, and I couldn't be happier with the service. No high-pressure sales tactics - just friendly professionals who got the job done efficiently. The installation process was quick and seamless, and now my home feels much cooler. I had my 2 Ton A/C Split replaced yesterday 11/10/23 by Ridge Energy Savers in Lake Wales. I have a small 1,100 sq/ft condo, and the air handler shares a closet with the water heater. I had 4 estimates over 2 days and 3 were "competitive" with one being very high (IMO). All 4 were on time for the sales call/estimate. My gut had to guide me, since 3 of 4 gave me no reason to eliminate them. David from Ridge Energy made me very comfortable and I'm glad, because having selected Ridge, I know now I made a great choice. Later that day, the installation coordinator called & set up for the next morning. At 7:30 AM Chris & Danny arrived, ripped out my 20+ year old R22 system and had my condo cooling by lunch time. My old air handler was supported by a 2X4 & plywood platform severely restricting access to the water heater. The new air handler is wall mounted, making future service or replacement of the water heater a breeze. I will try to upload pics later. Overall I am happy with all the courteous, professional folks I interacted with from Ridge Energy Savers & I recommend them without reservation.

I only recommend Ridge Energy to my customers. I called and Superman Randy was out to the rescue to give me a second opinion on an HVAC unit at one of my listings. In the quote he gave me less expensive options to more larger expensive units. It gave the buyer piece of mind to have options to chose from. They always go above and beyond and have integrity and the knowledge to get the job done the first time.
