Really appreciate the customer friendly approach of this company. From Jimmy the owner to Albert and Juan on installation to Mike on service and maintenance, everyone is very honest, professional and thorough. A lot of HVAC dealers try to sell you products and services you don’t need, but I never felt like that for one minute with AIM. Actually quite the opposite- they were clear to tell me what I didn’t need as much as what I did need. They provided multiple options at different price points, and explained pros/cons of each. Finally an AC company I can trust!

Excellent experience from the initial contact to my new system installation. The team assigned to install my unit was exceptional and very knowledgeable. They arrived on time, were very polite, diligent in getting system installed correctly, and cleaned everything up before they left my house. I highly recommend this company for your AC needs.

From the phone call to the technician A-1 Service! The representative who took my call was nice and very willing to help! My technician Michael was so amazing! He was very thorough in the information given and he provided all options and I really felt comfortable letting him know my reservations and hold ups. He was friendly, efficient and informative! Definitely recommend!!

OMG , Here it time, time for a new air unit All you can think of , is who am I going to trust and show up and most of all COST. So I went on line to find companies and reviews that takes all day in its self .After that I remember a close friend of mine had there,s done in January 2023 , so I called them and to my surprise they turned me on to AIM Service Group . I called them and they since a nice young man name Jordan and he sit down and explained everything and if we had questions , he would come back and talk us though it again, he said they wouldn't do anything till we were happy with them. Well to make a long store short, we got to meet all of the crew ,Juan,Parker,and owner Jimmy.Great people. They did over and above there work .So if you need a real company and good products call AIM Service Group

Purchased my second unit from AIM today, had to spread out purchase to maximize IRS credit. Held to the original estimate, installlers were excellent, and interaction with staff has been excellent. Good, fair deal. Shout out to sales guy, Jimmy and rest of the staff. Excellent experience.

We hired AIM to replace our nasty 50 year old ducts, Their pricing was competitive and the quality of their work well worth the bit extra it cost. Jordan an explained the options to us, Jimmy checked our current duct layout and designed an improved duct layout. Parker and Junior did a great job installing the ducts and cleaning up the workspace. We are very pleased with the improvement in air flow and distribution throughout our home. The whole experience was excellent!

When we bought our new house, the outdated AC unit was cooling rooms unevenly and was plainly on its last legs. I needed to get it addressed before the summer. I had used AIM in the past for a smaller job and I trusted they could solve the issue. Before accepting a penny of my money, Jimmy and his team thoroughly examined the system and put together a creative plan. He presented me several options, and took his time to walk me through the pros and cons of each (without a whiff of pushiness). Once I made a decision, his team executed the same week. Can’t say enough about this group. They are fair, transparent, don’t oversell, and are consummate professionals across the board. Trust them with your business.

Daniel and Parker did an amazing job. Installed a new Daikin heat pump vertically, and removed old gas furnace that was suspended 14 ft in the air. Came out perfect. What a great crew. Follow up visits by Michael P. have been great. Quick and through service as always.
