Was very helpful on phone. Came out early the next morning for FREE diagnostic and estimate. Checked everything inside and out. Gave me multiple options to work with and options for payments. Educated me on everything so I could understand anything that I needed and was extremely respectful and professional.

I called this company and the service tech was here, in less than 40 minutes. He sent emails and messages, including his photo, so we knew he was on his way. We discussed the age of our a/c unit. We knew it was definitely past due, for replacement. We discussed the best new unit, for us. No pressure! He got our old central unit working, so we would have cold air, until the new unit could be installed. A day later, two technicians arrived with a brand new a/c and heating unit. Within hours, installation was complete and the new unit was working. All our questions were answered and he demonstrated the new thermostat. He was polite, respectful, informative and knowledgeable. And we were kept informed, by email, prior to each arrival. OUR HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION ! FIVE STARS!

We contacted Same Day AC Service at 7:45pm, and the technician was on another, call. He stated he would finish up and call back. We received the call back at 8:15pm, with confirmation that he was on the way. Our tech (Michael) showed up, put on shoes covers without us requesting, began troubleshooting and was completed by 9:50pm. He took the time to explain everything he did, how to help maintain the system and other tips to prolong the life of the hvac system. The cost was more than fair, Michael was professional and very respectful of our home, as well as the fact that we had two sleeping babies while he worked. Highly recommend this service.

The service provided was outstanding, there was no wait time, he came on a Monday to see what the issue was, quote me right then and there and the service was taken care of by Thursdays. Michael made the process very easy and affordable. I will definitely recommend the company for your services

My old 1999 ac was working but needed tlc every year, so pushed the button and decided to buy a new unit. Mike from Same Day Ac came out and checked everything out I received the quote by email the same day. Price was very competitive and Mike very knowledgeable I decided to go with them. From the first minute to finish I can only compliment them. Took my old unit out and installed the new one, would never have known they were there. I couldn't recommend them more.
